You do not have an exchange activated that includes Market Depth. If you want the Market Depth, then you would need to change your exchange selection on this page: https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=DenaliDataFeed Keep in mind that the exchanges do not give refunds, nor are the exchanges pro-rated. So if you make a change, you will not get a refund the exchange that you turn off, and you will pay the full amount for any exchange that you activate for the remainder of this month, then pay the full amount again on the first of next month. Therefore, you may want to wait until the first of next month to make the change. Also note that if you only need Market Depth for symbols from one of the 4 CME Group exchanges, or you can get by with this for the remainder of the month, then you could just activate one of the exchanges with Market Depth (such as the CME with Market Depth for nonprofessional Trading accounts for $10.40) and then change to all of the exchanges next month.
