Unfortunately I spoke too soon. I ended up deleting the custom study that one of the study collections was using. I still end up getting the CPL error over and over. Is this causing a problem in live trading? I see nothing different on my charts. I read somewhere else that the "out of bounds array errors" don't cause any problem. I'm not sure if that's true or not. BTW, I deleted the custom study and the study collection from the data folder in the SC file in my C drive, just to make sure it's gone. Apparently that wasn't the problem.
