We are not sure exactly what you are asking for that is not already handled by the Vertical Scales linking. The reason the Trading DOM and a Chart do not move perfectly in sync when they are linked is because the Trading DOM uses a "Constant Range" scale type and can not use Automatic, as there are not bars associated with it. If you change the Chart vertical scale to be Constant Range as well, then it will move in sync with the Trading DOM.
