First, you need to get your account active again. Make sure you add enough funds to your account to cover the cost of the Package and exchange fees. By having the CQG connection, you will qualify for the CME Group non-professional exchange fees. You can add funds to your account here:

Once you have the funds, you can renew your previously selected options by going to this page and scrolling to the bottom and selecting the buttons to reactivate the appropriate items:

Then you will need to go through these Setup Instructions to connect your Sierra Chart to CQG:

Once that is complete, open your Chartbooks and select Edit >> Translate Symbols to Current Service in order to update symbols to CQG symbols.
