so how much is the the exchange fee. I was understanding that what i had paid was all included. maybe make it more clear for future customers. All the comments that come out of new customers is that there needs to be a better format to sierra charts to explain things. Maybe make videos anyways just a suggestion so that u have less cancelations. so this fee i have to pay on a monthly basis separately?
