Hi - I am having trouble pulling up charts for spreads [simple spreads for example SK14 - SN14] and all options using my CQG service. I have talked with the IT people at my broker's office who have been troubleshooting the issue from there side and have confirmed that all the data I need is available yet the charts will not populate. Please help as this has been an ongoing issue since I started using CQG feeds. Thanks, Garry
