Another CQG issue getting blamed on us: Order limit cannot cancel Although what the cause of the problem is, is unknown at this time. We would have to see the Trade Activity Log, which was not provided, and even then we would not necessarily know for sure. The idea that somehow there is some problem in Sierra Chart, that was the cause of the issue is flat-out false. We would have to see the Trade Activity Log for more information but they did not provide that. I really hope you can give me a gesture of goodwill for the amount of this loss which is $81 in reimbursement to make me want to trade on Sierra. So now they want us to pay for for their loss, to get them to continue to use Sierra Chart. Completely ridiculous, never going to happen.
