AMP stopped support for the Sierra Chart Order Routing service about 2 months ago. So you should NOT be using the SC/TT Futures Order Routing option for your Service Setting. AMP should have set you up with CQG for your order routing, which it sounds like you have the information for. Therefore, you should just keep your Service set to CQG with the appropriate information for that connection.

Once you have the settings in Data/Trade Service Settings setup for CQG, then open your Chartbooks and select Edit >> Translate Symbols to Current Service. This will convert your symbols to CQG symbols.

This should take care of any issues you are having.
