Well, http://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?l=doc/helpdetails7.html doesn't help any. I've called and emailed DTN and the data is on their servers for download but Sierra Chart isn't displaying it. I've tried creating both a duplicate chart and a brand new chart and then "delete and download data" after market hours and both charts end up looking like the original. How do I get the missing data to display??? |
