That issue was resolved and will not occur again. At this stage it is my intent to move away from Sierra Charts to other Platforms which are not as restrictive.
That is perfectly fine and our position does not change. Sierra Chart is already very inexpensive and still lower cost than most anything else out there. That is your perspective but it is wholly incorrect: frankly seem very opportunistic and predatory in nature. The predators are the exchanges. Not us. Not even in the slightest. You are blaming exchange policy on us. We have very high costs with this service (because of exchange pricing and their policies), and only is proper for it to be required. Just like CQG requires you to use their data. It is no different. No different whatsoever. Do you complain about CQG? Why don't you complain about CQG.And to be clear what we are referring to, is that if you want to use any of CQG's software, only their data can be used. And you are not even aware of all of the facts. There even more costs than you are even aware of. We just do not want to get into all the details. You can say what you want, but your facts simply are completely completely incorrect. And also we will be finding out from the EUREX if our data feed can be used by other programs on the same computer. Technically that is possible now. We are not here to struggle with customers who are making these kinds of posts. This matter is final and we are locking the thread. ---- And we also plan price reductions of package 10 and 11, in May. There is not much additional cost here. If you want to save money just simply use Sierra Chart fully. You do not have to use those other programs. Sierra Chart has everything.
