That didn't answer my question. RE: Resolved: Denali EUREX Data Feed Down Approximately 6 AM to 9 AM CET 2021-04-19 Considering the issues you have had, which are entirely understandable considering the relatively new rollout of this service, it would be logical to hold this forced change until the servers have had more uptime to prove reliability. In any case, the changes you are making to your platform effectively force me into a position of paying more per month, and frankly seem very opportunistic and predatory in nature. At this stage it is my intent to move away from Sierra Charts to other Platforms which are not as restrictive. |
