Hi Sierra, I have had a problem with my futures contracts since switching from AMP to Sierra. Neither oil, nor the Nasdaq, nor gold are loading properly. See image. After I closed the platform today and restarted it, the courses all stopped at 7:00 p.m. and a red box appeared with the notification: Download failed. Why are there no courses from 7:00 p.m.? Please support us quickly. Thank you very much.
