There are lots of ways to get this. Once you have the 2 data points, then you can use the Study Subgraphs Average study to get the midpoint of the two data points. The one thing that can be tricky, from what is stated above, is that if you are actually looking for the Settlement price and not the close of the last bar of the day, then you would need to use a Daily chart to get that settlement price.
