We stopped technical support for Rithmic a long time ago (at least 1 year now, if not more). We were having too many issues with the Rithmic connection. Now, Rithmic should be putting out a new connection to Sierra Chart very soon, and once that is ready we will be supporting Rithmic again using that connection.
