Are you connected to the same FXCM username from Sierra Chart or another program, at the same time you are trying to connect? If so, this is most likely the reason why the connection is not working. Only one connection is allowed at a time. Although you should not have a problem using the FXCM Trading Station at the same time. The first thing you need to do is try disconnecting all of the programs using the same FXCM username and see if you can connect.
