Your Session Times start at Midnight (00:00). So the only time when the two items would match would be between the bar at 00:00:00 in the 60 minute chart and the developing POC at the bar at 00:52:30 in the 7.5 minute chart. Otherwise, each 60 minute candle has it's own POC. And the 7.5 minute developing POC is based on all the previous bars starting at the Start Session Time.
