is there is even customer service. perhaps a more reliable service provider makes sense. Customer service completely absent. No alert nothing. Complete ghosting.
dude they don't even display a phone number or address on any part of their website b/c they wanna remain anonymous. all we can do is wait like sitting ducks here until someone from their engineering team catches on. |
