what you are saying in my current account status, you are telling me that I need to send you another $26 for 30 days service in spite of my having Pay Paled you $26 on 5 April for 30 days' service.
We do not know why you are stating this. When we look at your account, we see the $26.00 that you have paid in your Services Balance. Your account is due to renew on April 11, 2021, at which time the $26.00 will be deducted from your Services Balance to pay for 31 days of Sierra Chart Package 3, at which time you Usage Time Renewal Date will change to May 10, 2021.
