You are fine. You have enough funds in your account to renew, which will happen on April 10, 2021 (tomorrow). The notices about the amount of time left will keep showing, it is just a reminder. As to the delayed data, if you are getting real-time data from elsewhere (it looks like you are getting it from CQG) then you do not need to worry about the delayed data. It is good if you can sign the agreement now, that way if you do need to use the delayed data in the future, you can just do so and not have to worry about signing the agreement first and waiting for it to get approved, etc. But, it is up to you, it is not required.
