Based on what you stated in your Account Support Ticket, it sounds like your broker is AMP. If AMP is not your broker, then let us know who your broker is and ignore the rest of the information below.

AMP discontinued support for the Sierra Chart Order Routing Service over a month ago. They should have informed you of this and moved your account to use CQG for your order routing.

If you do not have any information on your CQG account, then talk with AMP about this.

Once you do have your CQG credentials, then follow the setup instructions at the following link to connect your Sierra Chart to CQG:

After you are done with the above, then open your chartbooks and select Edit >> Translate Symbols to Current Service, this will change your symbols to CQG symbols.
