1. We need to look into this and consult with Deutsche Borse on this. Technically yes but we do not know the legal issues. So maybe not. 2. Refer to: Data and Trading Communications (DTC) Protocol Server - It presents an issue for contingency planning in the event of a problem with Sierra / Denali. - It locks users into using Sierra Chart exclusively or forces them to pay for multiple Data Feeds.
No it does not. You can use whatever program you want. If you have another source of EUREX data, you would also have to pay the EUREX exchange fee for that as well but this is not a high fee. And you are using CQG. And our understanding with CQG is you have to pay a separate exchange fee, for each separate trading platform that you are using with CQG where you want CQG market data. So your cost regarding exchange fees does not change in this case since you would just not pay the exchange fee through CQG any longer when using it with Sierra Chart. And if you wanted to use CQG's own software they only offer their own data feed. Nothing else. For more information, refer to: New Upcoming EUREX Full Order Book Data Feed (Now Available!) | Post: 251401 So in your particular case, our understanding, is that there is no additional cost other than 10 USD a month for Service Package 10 and that is reasonable. So rather than paying the EUREX exchange fee through CQG , you just pay it through Sierra Chart. Sierra Chart Support - Engineering Level Your definitive source for support.
