Good Morning Support, Regarding the following notification: "Update: This new EUREX data feed will be required to be used, effective May 1, 2021 for all Sierra Chart users requiring real-time EUREX data." I can see some issues here with users who use Eurex Data on multiple platforms, and I have a couple of questions: 1. Is it possible to use this Data Feed on other platforms? e.g. Jigsaw, MT5, etc. 2. Is there an API for use with the Denali Feed? If the answer to both of these is a no, then I see the following issues with this change: - It presents an issue for contingency planning in the event of a problem with Sierra / Denali. - It presents issues with proprietary platform/tool development. - It locks users into using Sierra Chart exclusively or forces them to pay for multiple Data Feeds. I would like to understand the reasoning behind why this change is being made also, so any information you can provide would be appreciated. Look forward to your responses. |
