for some reason sierra charts is having trouble connecting to Transact, which is where my data is coming from. this has been going on for a week now. I have even opened another account with you in an attempt to connect. Transact has said that everything is good on their end and see that I have an account with you so can not inform me to why it is not connecting. The message I am receiving is-connection error message from service: Transact WS / Accouint logon error -1(-1). Please advise.
