I am connected after paying but two windows pop up on the chart. An orange window stating the symbol is unknown and a red window that states Download Failed. Error downloading historical intraday data for F.US.EPM21. I tried translating the symbol but price isn't moving. I don't have any data feed. Kind regards, |
