I have a Transact account. I've paid for a subscription to Sierra Chart with the intent to use the Transact data. When I go to the Charting options on my Infinity/Transact page and choose to opt in for Sierra Charts, it says that there's an agreement for a Risk Liquidation fee that will be charged from Sierra for $5/contract. Is this actually true? Any assistance in setting up Sierra Chart with transact data (without a $5/contract fee) would be appreciated. Thanks, Jim |
