Good morning Guys, Last tuesday I had a services balance for a total sum of $211 and today I dont have data feed and sierra is asking me to add more money to pay for data feed. How is it possible to be with sierra for two months and a balance of $211 last tuesday doesn't cover for the services that you provide (platform, data feed and routing)? The system is telling me I only have a balance of $12.80 and is requesting me to add more funds. Would you be so king as to sort this issue for me please? I will make the payment for $46 you are requesting but I would like to understnad what the issue is as well as where did the $211 have gone. Kind regards, Antonio |
