It looks like using Translate Symbols when switching between trade services forces a complete re-download of files in your charts under the new naming convention. This is a problem for those of us with poor internet connections. Is there any problem with just renaming the .SCID files to the new service's naming convention so they don't have to be re-downloaded? Or something less manually intense? I was expecting SC to be a little smarter about this. Key point: I'm using Denali, so presumably the content of these files is exactly identical regardless of the naming convention of any particular provider I switch between. |
