If you want the text boxes to be a different color, try using the graphic setting - Chart Values: Color of the Price and Time Boxes. This will change the color of the boxes in the axis. This allows you to have crosshair white and text box a different color. I made mine blue and my crosshair black. Hopefully this is what you are looking for.
