I am considering making a change to my subscription, and canceling my platform, package 5 and Sierra Data. I just made a payment. It reads: is too low to cover next months fee of 35 USD for the additional services enabled for your Sierra Chart account. What exactly was this payment for, and if I cancel, is it refundable or pro- rated back to my charge card? |
