The first thing to do is to follow the instructions in the following post which has you change your Service to SC Data - All Services:

Once that is done, then you should be getting your Real-Time data again.

The above will resolve your short-term issue. In order to resolve the long-term issue of having a trading account in order qualify for the lower-priced Non-Professional CME Group exchange fees, you will need to get with AMP to get your account with them setup with CQG for order routing.

Once you have the CQG credentials, then follow these steps to connect your Sierra Chart to CQG:

Once that is done, then you will need to open your Chartbooks and select Edit >> Translate Symbols to Current Service to change the symbols to CQG symbols.
