I did all that, but still have a problem with the system.

When I open sierra chart the chartbooks open, the charts do not download the data. Some charts have a yellow symbol saying: Waiting to download historical data, and other charts have a blue symbol saying: Downloading continuous contract data.

I am not able to trade again today because of this, please advise me further to resolve this issue. Thank you.
