Hello, Last friday (mar 26th) I bought Service Package#5 for 6 monhts. However today (mar 28th) I changed my mind and replaced it with Service Package#11 after making an additional payment. In the original deal the renewal dat was set at oct. 1st. Now after resetting to #11 the renewal date shows as aug. 21st, which is well short of six months. Can you please explain and/or correct this? Thank you. |
