                I previously have had no problems with Sierra Charts and I normally trade 5 days a week.  But I went to login to my Sierra Chart account yesterday evening (March 25, 2021) and the platform will not connect to my data feed, and keeps showing the following message:  "Connection error message from service: SC/TT Futures ORder Routing | Connection error: Trade account not assigned." What is the problem, and How do I fix this?  |
