I was using Denali and the free Package 3 through AMP. You quoted me $36/month for the new Package 10 (Denali and old Package 3). However, your renewal message indicates you will be charging me $46/month, which is for Package 11. Please correct my billing back to the $36 for Package 10. Thank you. |
