Hello The 15 March 2021 I renewed my Sierra Chart subscription. Since then (at least I think so)I can’t get futures historical tick data (as example NQM1-CME) lying in the past longer than 1.5 days. Due to a problem/mistake I need the Data starting from 2021-02-17. The Data feed is Rithmic. Since I was able in the past to get several month of tick data with the Rithmic data feed, I did reinstall Sierra Chart to a new directory and configured the Rithmic trade service for testing. The same thing happened. So I did download NinjaTrader 8, configured the Rithmic trade service and did download 90 Days of historical tick data successfully. The Rithmic data feed is obviously NOTthe problem. Since Ninjatrader is free everybody can test the Rithmic data feed with this procedure if you don’t believe me. Please tell me how I can solve this problem with Sierra Chart. Kind Regards User569373 |
