Therefore based upon the information you have given here, AMP has made a mistake with this. The billing was the result of their actions. And your action of logging into Sierra Chart in March with this Sierra Chart account from AMP.

The billing was NOT a result of my logging into Sierra Chart, I only logged in AFTER they billed me in order to disable AMP affiliation and wrongly activated services.

We do have a request from AMP for the refund and we will take care of that

So far still no refund to my AMP account...
