Hi John, I have spoken to Max at AMP and I have been told that this charge for March 2021 has come from you not them. You charged these fees to AMP, who in turn charged me for Package 10. You comment on 04/03/21 "In the case of Sierra Chart users who have Sierra Chart accounts provided through AMP, if you have not yet logged in March 2021 to Sierra Chart, then you will be responsible for paying for Sierra Chart, for March." I logged into Sierra Chart on 03/03/21, the day before you said the above so there is no reason why I should be responsible for paying for Sierra Chart, for March. I have shared this thread with Max so you can speak to each other and get this sorted out please.
