Good Morning Sierra Support Team I have been trading with INFINITY Charts through my broker for several years and have a quick question about getting the Horizontal Line that shows my Buy, Sell Limit Orders and Stop Limit Orders to Show up on the Chart. I have been using this set-up for many years and yesterday when I opened the Charts the Buy & Sell Limit Orders and Stop Limit Orders no longer appeared on the chart. I have looked at numerous YouTube videos trying to find out how to get them to show up to no avail. One more thing, that is strange is that when I log via Simulated Live the horizontal lines do appear and when I log into my Live Account the horizontal lines do not appear. I don't understand this as the same boxes on checked whether I log in Live or Simulated. I would greatly appreciate your immediately feedback regarding a solution. Big thanks Bill McKee |
