You can only safely go back about 4 years for Intraday charts when using the Continuous Futures Contract feature with single-digit years. Therefore, reduce the Days to Load in Chart >> Chart Settings and re-download the data with Edit >> Delete All Data and Download. Please understand this is the only possibility. This is a limitation with single-digit years. We cannot help you if you try to get more data. It is not going to work properly and we have to make that very clear. We did point that out in post #2.
