Hello !! I cannot activate my eurex EOBI Exchange . I have an error message : " Failed to activate the 'EUREX EOBI' exchange." " The Data Feed is not enabled on the account. " I have already activated " Sierra Chart Usage Time at Service Package 5 - Advanced. " and "Exchange Data Feed: 250 Real-Time Symbols (1st Connection)."
