We did not have any trouble translating the symbols to CQG. Here is the chartbook with the translations done. Just be aware, it looks like you had multiple monitors, and we just have 1, so you may want to save this to a different name to determine which way forward may be best for you (using this Chartbook and adjusting the windows, or your other one and adjusting the symbols).

Also, check to makes sure you have enough disk space available. It is the one thing we can think of that may be causing you an issue.
