I have an active, funded broker account with AMP futures. I'm using Denali data feed and currently subscribed to CME (only) with Market Depth. (1) How do I change my account to real time Top of Book level 1 for CME? I do not need Market Depth. (2) In the past, funds have been deducted from my AMP account for payment. In the future, I want to pay Sierra Chart directly for Denali data, CME exchange fees, etc. How do I make this change? |
