AMP should be supplying you with a CQG account for your order routing. Once they get that to you, you will follow the Setup Instructions at the following link to connect your Sierra Chart to that CQG account:

You appear to have everything setup for your Sierra Chart account at this time. Just note that you will NOT be able to receive real-time data from the CME Group until you have the CQG account connected, as the CME Group requires that you have a validated funded futures trading account in order to qualify for the Non-Professional exchange fees. We do the validation electronically when you connect to your trading account.
