The Sierra Chart Data Feed is provided in cooperation with Barchart who is the vendor of record. The service utilizes Sierra Chart software and hardware. It is not the same as the Barchart feed. If you have already a subscription to the Barchart Data Service directly, you can go ahead and cancel that if you no longer require it. You will not have any obligations to that by signing this new agreement. As long as you subscribe at this time before March 1 you will pay no exchange fees for the CME markets. There will only be an obligation for exchange fees in 2015 or if you cancel the data feed and resubscribe during 2014. Or your Additional Services Balance drops below the minimum amount for automatic renewal and new month begins and there is not an automatic renewal.
