The "Market Data Feed Data Agreement" under item 4 of your "Setup Instructions" for this data feed, includes a "Uniform Subscriber Addendum" which is an agreement between me, Barchart (my current data vendor) and all possible exchanges. I don't understand why I should be entering into any agreement with Barchart. My intent here is subscribe to your Real-Time and Historical Data Feed so as to replace Barchart as my data vendor. I'm currently logged in to my Interactive Brokers trading account. Please clarify. I don't want to agree to something where I will remain obligated to continue paying Barchart's charges. It also seems that this addendum would obligate me to pay exchange fees to all of the many exchanges listed. For now I'm only interested in the CME S&P e-mini futures. Please clarify. Thanks, Larry
