I guess I am on the same situation. I was hoping I would be notified by them. The weird thing is that it seems I am not able to setup properly ( like in january, where I would choose denali+which market data I would want ) and no mention of any costs. I have a previous account that I had setup earlier and which I used before AMP. I would rather use that account and pay for 6 month directly, instead of month to month. How can I do this and not be "charged twice" ?
