Hello,

After a number of issues a year or so back, and a sensible discussion with a Sierra member of staff we switched my Sierra Account
from an Amp AC###### account to an Sierra Denali account so that I primarily was in the safe hands of Sierra and Amp just dealt with the order routing.
The account was set up in my name B#### G#####

Following the TT outage,in order to trade my live micro account I had to complete an AMP Request form so that my orders were routed via CQG and not TT.

What has happened is that Amp have set it up using my old Amp AC######. This has caused numerous issues.

1. I am now unable to utilise my purchased studies. I could contact the vendors and have it swapped over, but I intend to, when possible be all in Sierra, which would be
my Sierra account B#### G#####.

2. I have completed all forms, deposited funds etc on the Sierra/AMP CQG account but do not have the availability to select exchanges.

3. I have 'Translated Symbols' but keep getting errors. I have tried to capture the chart loading with error messages as instructed via screen images. Not sure if it worked out?
Would have been easier to grab an image and upload here.

Can this be set up so that I am using the B##### G##### account?
