In order to update your email you would do this on this page:

The reason for that message is simply that we are cleaning up our database and there are many users that have a generic email address, which makes it impossible for them to reset their password, or for us to contact if necessary. Therefore, we are asking for everyone to update to a proper email address.

It looks like you have already updated your email, so if you get the message again, you can ignore it.
