You do not seem to be using the AMP provided Sierra Chart account. If you want to use a Sierra Chart through an affiliate then you need to directly contact the affiliate who provided you Sierra Chart and they will assist you with this issue. Alternatively you can use a direct account with us, Sierra Chart, and then we will be able to provide you support and assist you with this issue or help with a payment.
