I recently purchased a month of Sierra Charts thru AMP Futures (my Trading Broker). Today, I received a Sierra Charts System Notification "Your account has 2 days) of useage time left...purchase more useage time...". Why am I getting this message if I purchased Sierra Charts useage thru AMP? I would be 'double-billed' if I purchased more thru Sierra Charts, since I already paid thru AMP.
